hey ive done some searching but couldnt come up with what i was looking for exactly. i have a 00 si. when i bought it, it had a jdm 1 piece dc header and a full tanabee cat back exaust. well the bottom 2 pipes on the header where crushed almost completley closed off and the exaust is a little ragged, so my next project is gonna be a new header and exaust. what im wanting is something affordable that sounds good (cause i drive about 100 miles a day if not more) not too loud and something that i can tell a power differance in. if anyone can give me some advice i would greatly appriciate it. thanks

 

If you liked the set up you had then redo it all again with the same stuff. Trust me youll feel a big difference in anything you get because the head will be open instead of more closed like you said.

Ive heard a few Magnaflow set-ups recently and I like the sound. Currently I myself have a Tanabe exhaust and the magnaflow sounds as good or better. Kinda a low sound and yeah no problem hearing vtec.
