Default help my b18c1 (searched)

ok heres the problem...
its been sum time now that i had my motor in my car now like 2 or 3 months now and far as i can remember its been back firing ever since in low rpms say before vtec hits(5600) when i shift it back fires liek a pop in the frist 3 gears and the the gears go up the pops get weaker but they are still there its really annoying...

also my car idle is whack it idles at like 500 and the car vibrates and believe me i adjusted everything like the screw and all and check the iacv...
_ i think maybe tps? i dunno?...mines is rivited on to the t-body so i dunno if i should try removing it...

and also when i shift like at say 7-7.5 (x1000) rpms it made a sound like its choking... i dunno i recently put bosch platinum 2 plugs in like 2 weeks ago and they are black a lil so im runnin rich thats fine.... my fpr is at liek 55 i think....

most of my friends hybrid hondas have like grayish smoke coming out of there exhaust and idles nicely make me feel that they car is runnin right my car does have that graysih smoke its... i dunno if u understand wat im really saying...

well anyways i guess, please post u comment info tips watever im right here on my comp so ill give u guys instant answers or feedback thats a lot

Valve adjustment wouldn't hurt. Definatly improves idle if they're out of spec.

55 fuel pressure with the vacume on? Is your motor stock? Stock GSR's are somewhere around 37-40psi with the vacume off I believe. Mine's just set to 50 with the vacume off, 40 with it on.

I've heard Bosch plugs are junk. I'd just get some NGK V-Powers for 1.99 a piece.

Don't know what else to tell you really. I'd double check your ignition timing and make sure it's set correctly (mine was retarded and the car was bogging pretty bad). Perhaps time for a full tune up? Timing belt, plug wires, distributer cap, rotor, fuel filter, etc.

NGK bkr7e is the plugs you need

set your fpr to 40 psi no need for 50

valve adj.

cap and rotor

Make sure the car is warmed up, idling around 700-800ish rpm's I believe. Make sure you jump the service connectors too. Then just use the timing gun to check your timing.
