that and the stock sound system sounds like *** compare to other cars

 

when i had mine, it was cold as fawk! straight shivering.......might just be U!

 

go to the honda shop and say you need a cold filler liquid injection..

probably just you. My A/C is colder than phock now that I've recharged it. The stock tape deck with 6disk changer (stock) and a wrx under-seat sub (obviously not stock) sounds great. Enough bass to hear, not enough to blow your ears out and annoy the crap out of people.

 

ok my a/c does not get that cold and my stock sound system sounded liek total *** but my friends prelude sounds nice as **** for stock

how much did that sub set you back? where did you get it? does it fit under your seat? is it amplified?

 

i have 92 and when my ac was still in it was like sitting in a freezer. i never got to hear the stock system in the car but i blew all the stock speakers with an after-market deck...

 

My AC freezes my bawls off. I can barely have it on

 

Don't know bout the AC, bought it over winter.The stock speakers suck *****.

Yeah preludes '97 and up (not sure about lower) have an Active bass feedback system which really sounds real good with any music stock. Make me jealous. but prelude&gt;Integra for Luxury items.

 

My a/c varies alot around town, cool, cold, room temp, cold again. Its an 01, time for a recharge already? The stock stereo sux ballz, anyone who disagrees is deaf, lots of potential but horrible from the factory.

 

The stock stereo is good if you don't care about low end... 6 speaker

Try replacing the head unit, it did wonders in my old civic and I plan on doing it sometime soon on my GS-R... In the civic it added so much more low and end improved quality all around.

The speakers are only 6 1/2" though, so don't expect much bump from them one way or another.. more likely to get panel rattle.
