Default Exedy Unity clutch

I have just installed an Exedy Unity Cluth w/NKK Pressure plate. What is a good mileage for break in....Thanks...

Standard clutch break-in should be around 500 or so miles of nice easy driving. Nothing worse then replacing a brand new clutch because you glazed it not being able to wait for it to break in.

that is what I have been told, Does it matter if it is highway miles or does it need to be primarily stop and go traffic?

Stop and go is better. The more shifting you do the more your using the clutch.
