Default which header and IM to go with??

ok well im sure most of u seen my post about my new b18 fully built that is havin problems now.

so once i do a compression test im gonna put an msd box on it to see if that cures the miss as long as the compression is good.

but i want to run an intake manifold and header to breath a little better in top end. but i keep hearing mixed opinions on the header. ive heard lots of people say the b18 header flows great. but ive also heard that aftermarket is much better. so what do u guys think i should go with. any one got any dyno results??

also which intake manifold would be good to go with. i was gonna run a skunk2.

and im puttin on a 68mm tb as well.
