Default semi OT: GSR block fit our ITR head with no modification?

I asked in the hybrid forum, and it just gathered dust.

I need to know if this block will bolt right up to the ITR head or if any modification is involved.

Thank you and have a pleasant day

Block itself is the same...pistons and crank are different.
