Sunlight broke my rear quarter glass?
I parked my car from 9~11:45 the temperature at ~1:30 was 85degrees.
I had all my windows full up, moonroof closed, visors down. Sunlight was probably hitting the passenger side of the vehicle.
I came out after a final and the rear quarter glass was shattered, but still intact. There was kind of a ridge running horizontally through the middle of the glass, but over by the molding, there was a focal point that exhibited the traditional impact appearance.
The officer said it might be a heat fracture, due to greenhouse effect.
Has this happened to anyone before? Even if not on an RSX? It sounds like BS to me. I mean the glass is tempered (heat-treated) anyways, right??

Well because of the heat today i couldn't roll up my passenger side window. You know that plastic thats on the inside of the door panel which i held up by the beige glue. When i tried to roll up my window i saw nothing but smears of the beige glue, an dnow they won't go up or down. Oh well just another thing for Acura to fix.
