Default hood pop cable for jdm conversion

what hood pop cable are you guys using for the jdm conversion? my factory one is a little to short!!

Use a cable from a 90-93 Integra.

I didn't try when I did mine but it looked way too short.

You can go through the firewall, its long enough.

Just to clarify, I'm refering to the stock cable, not the 93 teg cable.

will the stock cable reach if rerouted?

what i did with my usdm cable was, when i flipped the hoodlatch around, i reroute the cable through the passengerside and then had the hood release inside the glove box. It might help to prevent theft too?

if relocated to the passenger side, or routed through the firewall, yes.

I'd really not like to show you how my hood cable is run, sorry.

just find a place where wires run from the inside of the car to the engine bay, and route the cable through there.
