Sindicate Racing Signs Kyowa Wheels Sponsorship Deal
Dallas Texas- 05-12-2004
Sindicate Racing announced today that it has entered a long-term sponsorship agreement with Kyowa Designs of City of Industry, California. The deal will see the all-motor Sindicate Racing Honda Civic in Kyowa livery at all of the remaining NHRA events of the 2004 season as well as the SEMA in November.
Adam Franzetti, driver of the Sindicate Honda is excited to be representing a major sponsor and is looking forward to bringing the Kyowa brand to the attention of Sport Compact drag racing fans around the country.
“This is great news for Sindicate.” Adam said. “We have really struggled financially because we have always been self-funded. This deal will enable us to bring the team to a whole new level very quickly and we are very happy to be representing Kyowa wheels. They make excellent wheels and are growing fast so we will hopefully grow with them.”
The first priority for the Dallas-based team is a new engine program that will give the team much more power than they have at the moment.
“We are starting a K-series development program with the help of Alan at Honda Heaven.” Crew chief Mike Gustafson explained. “Bob Norwood is going to be in charge of the project and we are aiming to be a front-runner in the all-motor class before the end of the 2004 season. The motor build-up is going to be featured in Turbo Magazine and we are very excited to be getting the media attention for Kyowa and Sindicate Racing.”
The team will debut its new graphics at the Colorado NHRA race in June and will have Kyowa wheels on display at the team’s trailer.
