Default general wheel question

Whats up everyone? Recently I came across a set of 17x7 konig traffik's with kumho rubber for $200. The tires are about six weeks old so basically brand new.
My question is this, under low speed braking i get kind of a "lub lub" sound from both front wheels. At higher speeds its either less noticable or nonexist. The wheel and tire set up is also QUITE loud just tooling around town. I have had large wheels on other cars, i.e. 95 corolla, and never had these "problems" I bought the correct lug nuts for the wheels and had the tires balanced, did I maybe warp the front rotors while toruqing them on. I used my 14 volt snap on cordless impact which has a MAX torque of 100lbs. Any ideas would be great....

thanx

Are they filled to correct pressure? Also.. it's only during braking... do you only hear something, or can you feel it... not warped rotors or anything?

Like I said the noise is constant at low speeds around town. I had to do some highway miles yesterday and it sounded fine. I can feel it more when i brake, but they are noisy all the time. The rotors werent warped and none of these problems existed on my stock LS mesh wheels.

balanced wrong, bent, flatspot on tire, might need hubcentric rings so get them centered.

those are just some ideas
