how to make my taillight like this
yeah get the transparent red spray paint in the paint hobby aisle in walmart. It comes in a little mini spray can and is only $1-2 a can. I liked it better then the red stained glass by krylon. Just make sure that you prep the taillights with some rubbing alcohol and do list mists of the red on the lights and let them dry inbetween

works good. and no clear is needed. not that it won't help, but not needed.

hey cool guy, the **** is called Testor's Candy Apple Red transparent model paint. Comes in a miniature spray can. I can does two tails nicely. When you get sick of it, and you haven't clearcoated it... you can remove it with the help of Tilex. I recommend no clearcoat. Odds are you'll get sick of it after 2-3 years anyways, which is when it'll start to chip and discolor.

i've done 3 set never used a clear, and it had been fine.
i do repaint them about every other year, depending.
clear made the color darker then i liked it. so i don't used it.
