Spark Plugs

What type of good performance spark plugs would i get for my 1997 Civic HX? Would it be a good idea to get a new distributor and cap?

If you dont have anything major done to the car, plugs arent going to do anything for you.

i have a short ram intake and getting an exhaust. should i just get the exhaust or full cat back?
