Default Price Check on a 98 LS, stock motor

I found a 98 LS, white on grey cloth, lowered(not sure springs/coilovers?), aem intake, type R lip, type r wing (which will be removed if I buy it) on some white 5 zigen 16's rims(which will also be sold for some bronze rims).

The car looks clean from the pics and has 59K on the odometer. KBB private party say's $8,900 in excellent condition and edmunds.com said $9,000. Of course this is without the mods, which aren't much.

What do you think this car is worth? He's asking $10,500 obo. Which means he will take $10K and maybe 9,500. I figured since it's at 60K, it's going to need timing belt, water pump, plus the basic fluids, maybe brakes/rotors. That's a few hundred dollars even if I do it myself. Then I'll give him about $1,300 for the aftermarket parts, that about fair value for those rims/tires (700), lip (250) wing (200), intake (150). KBB 9,000 + 1,300 for parts - $500 for maintenance that needs to be done asap. = $9,800. I think that's a fair price. Comments?

i bought my 00 LS with 36,000 on odo for 11,250 from a dealership. and u want to give a private seller 10,500 for a car with almost 60,000. at which u will need to change timing belt/water pump as soon as u get it.

say more like 9,500

So I'm close, I said 9,800, you say 9,500. I thought I would offer 9,000 and go from there. Anyone else

Bump for some help, just want to know what this car's worth.
98 LS Teg, White on Gray cloth, 59K miles
Eibach springs, 17 inch 5 zigen, AEM intake, 5 zigen exhaust
ITR lip and wing.
KBB private party is $8,920
What's a fair price for this car?
It looks clean from the pics.
