might be a grounding issue

 

if they arent working check for blown fuses. my corners werent working and it was my cig lighter positive touching underneith my cd player.

 

check the fuse panel to see if anything else is on that fuse circuit. I can't remember if there was. The bulb being cloudy is possibly from it getting wet and blowing out. So how did you check the lights? did you check with a test light on the fuse and the connections to make sure there was power ?
