I currently have a Greddy 4-2-1 header and was wondering if the gains would be worth it even if I have to notch the cross member and all that stuff. Anybody point me to dyno charts or anything that shows a difference?

I've searched and didn't see anything that compared the two or anything like it. Thanks in advance.

Crossmember between front shock assembly i believe.

I have an ls/vtec w/ stock b16a head and stock bottom end.
