would it be possible to put a garrett m24 a/r.60 turbo on a 1995 h23a engine?
what if any modifications would be needed?
also is this a diesel turbo like the a/r.70?

 

I have a T304E .60/.63 turbo on my H22... Even before the motor was built, it would make 7-8 lbs. at around 3000rpms.

Now, the H22 has a better flowing head, but the H23 has a longer stroke/More displacement. I think you'll be fine..

The type houseing, etc. will really determine how big the turbo is, but is should be fine... To see the size of my turbo, look on revhard's website... Stage II Prelude Kit
