this a good price? fixing accident

i got into a little fender bender

i got a little frame damage,
guy quote me 1000 for painted the front and back bumpers back to normal
and installing a carbon fiber hood and pulling out the frame

soo all in all about 1500 for parts and labor.

pretty good my accident is costing about 5000 dollars for two damaged fenders and two side mirrors
