help me decide on which shocks to choose
which shocks do u prefer and why? i just want something comfortable for the street since i commute alot. which ones offer different height settings? help me out im totally lost when it comes to shocks...thanks
when i was searching for shocks i heard nothin but great things about koni yellows there supposed to be the best, there also 600$ . I ended up gettin kyb agx's but havent installed them yet so i cant comment on how good they are,
Depends on how much you want to spend.
KYB GR2's --> very cheap, 10% stiffer than stock, non-adjustable
KYB AGX --> relatively cheap, 4-way adjustable,
Koni Yellow --> moderately priced, adjustable, adjustable perch settings,

H&R makes a shock now with ajustable perches, although it is actually just the koni yellows repackaged. They came in my H&R cup kit, i'm not sure if they sell them individually yet.
I've had the KYB AGX's for a little while. Adjustable shocks OWN!! You can set them for whatever kind of ride setup you want. Oh, and by the way...i've got mine for sale.

if ur budget isnt too big.. theres tokicos.. decent for a reasonable price.. but if u have more money.. konis n kybs r pretty good too.. ( mid range price )
im looking for the same thing, i called kyb and they said that any of there shocks werent warranty'd if u use them with coil overs, or for a sport drop which was 1.5-2.0 inch drop.. and why the hell do they only make the fronts for my car and not the rear?

There's no way you searched...there have been threads on numerous struts/shocks with reviews and everything...

i already have coilovers, but im looking into new springs also. i am not trying to drop my car with just shocks.

i did search.. yeah there were reviews and peoples opinions, but i was trying to find pricing of each shock which alot of the results didnt have. also are koni yellows the only shock with the different perch settings?
