Ummm ... does laugh at you or sound like a chicken?
cackĀ·le ( P ) Pronunciation Key (kkl)
v. cackĀ·led, cackĀ·ling, cackĀ·les
v. intr.
To make the shrill cry characteristic of a hen after laying an egg.
To laugh or talk in a shrill manner.
Or is it detonating and stuff?
Please try to be a bit more descriptive of the sound(s)and maybe we can be of some help.
If it's simple valvetrain noise then maybe they need to be adjusted.
Check the ignition timing, set it to 16 degrees for starters.
Depending on whether you're running hivh lift cams ... maybe they're hitting the pistons.
Timing or other accessory belts might be lose or shreading, etc, etc.
Best of luck mate. Ed
