Default anyone here try hoosier slicks? feedback please

anywyas hoosier is having a major sale on their drag slicks 24.5 by 8 by 13 for really cheap. im curious if anyone here has tried them? ill be runnin them on my 1991 nissan sentra SE-R currently its makin 286 WHP 240 torque @ 7 psi ( untuned t3/t4 .57 trim) will be tuned for 15 psi on racegas.

ive been lookin to puchase a pair of slicks, and came across this deal and for hte price ( 40$ each tire plus 8$ shpping each) its almost a deal too good to miss. whats your guys's take on it ? and for the people who have tried them how did you like them or not like them ? thanks

I ran those tires and that size all season last year... they worked fine for me...

However, they did require running a rather low pressure to work well... IIRC I think that I ran around 6 1/4 psi and I was getting high 1.5 60 foots... (with wheeliebars) and high 1.6s (without wheeliebars)

They arent all that bad. They may not be the greatest, but they arent terrible either...

We used the 24.5 x 9 x 13 for awhile on the Holland Racing all motor car. 24.5 were also used on the CBI 10.3 sec turbo civic. (Although traction was an issue). DTR also used 24.5's and he may be switching back to those slicks because they are slightyly taller. I believe Warren at Midnight performance also uses those slicks. I know 1.5 60' were achieve with all motor cars on those slicks. Good luck.
