need help fitment on seats

i have a 2000 civic and have a set of 2000 itr usdm seats and a set or 97 gsr gunmetal leather seats that i want to install. will any of this fit specially the back.

fronts will, back seats wont fit

Fronts will with slight modification. Three bolts bolt up. The bracket shaped like an "L" on each seat will need to be drilled; no big deal.
