fwiw: I'm over 14k on azenis and still going.....
Hopefully I'll be using some ra-1's soon, but in the meantime I thought I'd share.
I have swapped the fronts to the rear 1x at 3/32" and have run -2.5 deg camber all around with just a hair of toe out in the front.
Wear is pretty even - with slightly more towards the inside of the tires (of course).
Lots of street driving + mountain roads (tail of the dragon) + autox a bunch + a little bit of lapping..... =
Wow, they last longer than the stockers and grip better.

Not in the rain, they don't....
Sorry to be a naysayer, but if they were perfect, I'd be driving on em.

I got about 10k miles on my 205/50/15 Azenis and that was all street miles. I haven't been able to get over 10k miles on any set of tires on my ITR.
I've got tons of miles on mine granted I drive like a grandma though
So far around 20k miles worth of daily driving and around 8 drag passes. Still decent tread on the front but the rears are getting low.

I can't seem to get much over 10,ooo either... I think the most mileage I got from a set of tires was 13,ooo on the R.
You guys must drive so easy to strech them past 15,ooo .

i got 18,000 on a daily driver. I take my car to the mountain, the beach and the track. The tires have seen snow, rain, extreme heat, sand and every other element of nature. Ive been on a 3,000 mile round trip to FL a 1,800 mile round trip to NC and 400 mile trips to the mounains every wekeend in the winter. They are the best tire out there for the money. And I hate people that say that they suck in the rain. I was hesitant to buy them for that reason but seriously I rip them in the rain and never let loose once. I heart Azenis.

so you drive in the snow on Azenis? wow, they must be the greatest tires ever...
(where's that :hammer icon at?)
I really don't feel like looking for the multiple posts from people whom have wrecked their ITR's because they hydroplaned on standing water with Azenis... Anybody that daily drives their car on Azenis is asking for trouble (unless you're lucky enough to live where it never rains)...
But hey, if you want to risk wrecking your car by running the wrong tires, go right ahead - just don't say you weren't warned.

*passes pipe*
I never said they were good
But I managed to point and laugh at the SUV's slid off the side of the road, stuck in accidents and rolled over as I cruised by in a Miata on Azenis... People in Va cannot drive.

I don't think these tires are *THAT* bad - I think people just assume they can drive them hard in the rain or other less than optimum driving conditions. I take it easy in the rain and cold weather (snow is pretty rare here in ATL), and haven't had the same negative experiences that other people claim about hydroplaning/ road noise, etc... But such impressions are pretty subjective, imho. I have found that my tolerance for stiff/ loud/ otherwise unlivable car is higher than the average driver.
FWIW, I just changed tires - the fronts were bald/ slicks. I should've rotated them sooner, but me = lazy, and I was waiting for new wheels before rotating...
The rears still had 2/32" on them...
I put some more azenis on all around, and swapped the rears over to the front of my hatch for autox.
Cold azenis grip really well for me at autox, btw...
Just don't drive like a jackass, and you won't end up with a fux0rd car on azenis (IMHO).
