you know, i just noticed that for the 1st time too. looks like he (prior owner) tried to line it up parallel to the line that goes across the body and fender, but should actually be parallel with the ground and/or side skirts

 

i sorta like the wing haha hmm.. if u can grab some work emotion knock offs it would look sweet!
