Would a DC2 Short Shifter work with a B16 in a EF?

Default Would a DC2 Short Shifter work with a B16 in a EF?

got a short shifter left from my DC2, so i wonder if it's going to fit onto my 89 Civic with a B16swap, anyone know??

Yes it will work but you will have to cut down the end of the shifter where the bushing goes. It is wider in that area and you will need to use the bushing from your EF. Short shifters are useless IMO. I am using a 94+ stock Integra shifter with the dual bend. It is very nice in the fact that it places the **** back towards the driver. I use my car for transportation and recreation, not to emulate a gangsta.
