Default H22 making weird squeal sound when I....

OK, so I installed a new SPEC stage 3 Clutch/Alu FW about 1.5 mo ago. I did the 300 mile break properly(which sucked) and now when I shift into gears I can hear a faint squeal. From a stop to 1st its very noticable. I was thinking a main bearing. Any ideas?????
