Default Weird "squeal" sound when I ....

OK, I have 94 H22. It all started when I busted my stock clutch. I installed a SPEC stage 3 clutch and SPEC alu flywheel. After I properly broke in the clutch(300 miles) it started makeing a squealing sound when I go into 1st and sometimes I can kinda hear it in other grears. But mostly in 1st. I was thinking main bearing. Any ideas?????
