someone did just offer me 600 for the engine and tranny. How does that sound to anybody? Am i getting ripped off?

well it depends on the conditions...the perfect condition ls tranny, you could get easy 500. if the motor was good i'd say at least 400 for the complete longblock. depends if you want to loose out.

if you can compression test and leakdown test i'm willing to pay you $400 for it. I am in need of an OBD1 ls motor that is in EXCELLENT condition. i am not willing to go through the hassle of having it rebuilt.

Sorry the engine isn't for sale anymore. I found a buyer that is also willing to take the scrape heap that it currently rots in, the scrap heap the honda once called a Civic SI.
