Hi, sorry for posting in this section, for some reason i am unable to post in the wheel tire section, it says i am not authorized.

here is my question, i am in san diego area, and i have racinghart, and one of the rims i bent the lip, i was wondering if anybody knew of a good reputable shop that can fix my rim. it has a chrome lip, hopefully a shop that wont screw it up, thanks for your help,

i too need to get my rims fixed...i went to discount tires and they said that they have a shop in el cajon that they send it out to....costs between $80-$120 per rim...so if you want, you could check that out....i also asked them about the quality of the work and they said that the rim will come out looking brand spankin new....

 

check out romero's wheel polishing..they do good work it was $60 to fix a bent rim $30 per wheel for polishing

i know of a place...but its in Kansas city they did good on mine though it will probably cost around 100 per wheel.

 

here's another one in gardena,ca 310-763-6621..they charged me 60 bux for a bent repair and polished...

 

actually, the lip on the rim is chromed, do you guys know if any of the above mentioned shops: romeros wheel polishing, and the one in gardena will be able to fix that? i heard the lip will have to be rechromed, and it can be tricky because it has been chromed once already. I did talk to a guy at discount tire on miramar, but i dont know if i trust the guy, he was being really shady about it.
