Cone shape in Headlights?
Is it possible on the 94 Accords to remove that silver cone/cup shape thing inside the low beam cause I noticed it had a screw and i'm guessing if you take it out it would look like the High-beam part of the head lamp. Is it possible to do that and also would it improve my lighting.

And also make it very illegal.

Yes, if you look at your high beams theyre angled to be about even to the car's height, which illuminates a large space in front of the car, but the regular headlights are angled down, hence they only spread out so far.
To test your "low wattage" experiment, take a friend in total darkness, flash a dull light at the ground, then flash it in his eyes, and ask him what stuns him the most. Then imagine that happening to an oncoming driver, who temporarily blinded, freaks out and steers into you.

even though the high beams are a little higher output, 90% of the output is all about the angle

Don't even bother pulling apart your housing and ******* with stuff. It's not worth it.
People will be flashing their brights at you all night long.

It might be a good idea if you like seeing pretty red and blue flashing lights in your rear view mirror.

Leave the caps on (they are there for reflection purposes) and will actually give you more light
