Default suspension setup question

here's my setup that i'm gonna install this summer:
gsr front and rear sway bars
GC springs on koni yellows
si front strut bar
i need to get some sort of rear strut bar too

i need to replace the bushings because they've never been changed and the car has 230,000miles on it so they're shot.

my question is:
should i get the polyurethane ones or just new stock ones? what would ride better with my setup?
thx

for all the trouble, you might as well go poly...

polyeurethane will definitely stiffen everything up but will be a bouncier ride. Go poly if you want performance, otherwise stick with stock.
