Default mugen and spoon headgasket..

what are the benefits of raising compression on a type r with i/h/e with stock cams, and stock block. is it even worth it??

you probably wont notice very much difference unless you have something to tune with, not to mention your timing will have to be adjusted as well.

I too did the Spoon 2-ply gasket trick on my ITR .. Made no difference at all and went bad less than 12 months later .. Don't waste your time and $$ ...
