Default Man, I'm idiot ITR owner of the month.

Awhile back I posted about maybe needing a new clutch after it slipped on hard 1-2 shifts. LMAO @ myself, it wasn't the clutch slipping it was the damn ES100's spinning. I had the windows down while I tried some quick shifts this weekend and sure enough it was the damn tires breaking loose. The weather has been pretty cold too so... Figured you guys might need a laugh at my expense. :D

ES-100's are probably one of my favorite tires I've ever bought. They may not grip the best in a 1-2 shift, but everything else they do very well. Yeah you could by the Bridgestones (I've had two sets of S03's on my 300ztt), but when you compare the price ~500.00 set to the es-100's $266.00 to the door, it's hard to pass them up.

Except for that time you're cut off in traffic and need to brake really hard and NOW, or go a little too fast around a turn ...

Yeah, so let's all go buy some A032R's and then we can have some nice expensive tires. j/k

I bought ES100's about a week ago and like them so far. I drive around town and to work everyday, what the hell do I need to waste money on tires for. They last less than a year for me anyways.

I'll save my money and spend it on the biz' 'nitches yo.

They came with the car and they do grip well. Just can't believe how easy they break loose on the 1-2, sometimes the needle shoots to 8k on a clean, quick shift. Glad it's the tires and not the clutch though. I was laughing at myself for an entire day!
