Default Too low for headlights?

okay, my car + dumped + del sol seats = I can't adjust my headlights to shoot light "up and out" any further to where I can actually see them. When I turn on my high beams, it looks like everyone elses low beams from my sitting point. On low beams, I cannot see actual light on the road, only the faint glow... and that's only sometimes. What can I do? is it safe to run w/ highbeams on all the time, or will they wear out much faster?

you can raise the front or lower the rear of the car alittle.
