Code 67 on obd II... need quick answer
this code popped up in my friends 99 Si after installing an ITR intake cam. Its saying that emissions readings from the cat is low! what the **** does that mean?!! and how can i get rid of it? DAMN OBD II!!

67 - "Catalyst System Efficency Below Threshold probable cause: Three Way catalytic converter or Secondary HO2S - from the helms
