So i read all the things on vtec's and see that vtec is only on intake side.. so will a nice intake make vtec noticeable? will bystandards here me hit vtec? and whats the best intake for the job?

you're not really going to hear when you hit VTEC on SOHC motors.

yeah you are, z6 cross over is pretty loud you just need good intake.

i believe you meant bystanders
and yeah, you probly wont really be able to hear it on a single cam noticably

Dear lord. If you want a loud car, get a header/exhaust/intake and straight pipe. Have fun riding around in your stunna mobile trying to impress all of the "bystandards" with your car that probally makes more noise than power.

i can't even hear vtec on my d16z6, even with short intake and G-Spec full catback exhaust. Get a B-Series and it should be noticeable.

When vtec engages in my sohc z6 I stick my head out the window and yell "KAPOW!!!" so everyone knows it...
