Which intake should I get?
Ive been searching alot for intakes and it seems like most people have AEM or J's racing they both seem to have the same results or very close to on the dyno, is there anything "better" I could look into getting, mugen maybe?
i heard j's gives pretty good gains ?
i had an aem "cai" for a while, it was cool.. didnt really feel any gains just throttle responce was a lot better and a really weired noize lol but thats on a stock car so...
not sure sence the intake's the last thing on my mind for my car but thats me.

Does it really matter which one you get? mt friend got a $30 dllar one off ebay and it sounds just as good as my other friends AEM cai. Intakes dont give you that much of a hp gain, so it doenst really matter which kind you get, they all do the same thing, but some can make your engine sound mean
you have a rare talent you can hear a motor and tell how much hp it has. if you don't think intakes make a difference your wrong.they make a big difference.dont be a magazine racer.

thats for the track only
and its not secret or new design. people have been using stacks for like 40 years

that defeats the purpose of the stack. the point is to draw the air around and behind the stack into it. not just in front. a filter would make it infront only and itd be dumb.
