Default TIMING!!! plust short ver. horror story heh

I need some quick help, but first i'll tell the short version of my story. I live in the northern most part of michigan by lake superior. I decided to fly into L.A. to buy a prelude off some guy i've never met before, but had talked to online for some time. I got there the 2nd with 2 friends, went to San Bernadino to pick it up, drove to hollywood for the day and was gonna head back home when on the freeway my car dies. I THINK the tensioner went and the car jumped timing. well i'm sure it jumped timing the belt is friggin loose i pulled it off with my fingers. LoL we sat in cali for a week untill we figured out a plan to get home. so we ended up getting a truck and towing that bitsh home. 2 solid days of driving with only gas stops haha.

So, I need to know exactly how to set the timing on the car. There are AEM cam pullys on there. Where should the lil degree marks be? how can I tell when piston 1 is at TDC? I have a spare H22 head in the back(USDM) but the motor is JDM... I'm hoping that the valves aren't bent.

not sure on the cams I have stock gears but to check tdc take off all the pulleys on the crank there is a tiny arrow on the oil pump housing and a tiny arrow on the crank. You may need a flashlight to see em they are pretty small.

AHAHAHAHA I FIGURED IT ALL OUT!!! i tore the whole left side of the engine apart. turns out that the bolt that holds the belt adjustment things broke lol. i replaced the water pump (that's where that particular bolt went) and it should be good to go. last problem is figuring out what to do with the auto adjuster thing for the timing belt. i don't want to get a new one but i don't know how to get the old one to work
