can anyone with a 5th gen tell me how the shift linkage is ran? im slowly progressing through an auto to manual conversion and i have most of it done but i cant get the linkage to function right.

ok, so its ran from the tranny shifter and shift selector then through the shift linkage bracket and then what? down the back of the tranny? through the rear motor mount? above the rear motor mount? i ran it a few ways and either it wont fit into the shift linkage bracket or its too short.....
