Changing Engine Mount bushings on 89 Prelude? Need Help.

I had a chance to drive my gf's car this weekend it seems many problems stem from her engine mount bushings. What will I need/have to do to change them out? Also, how about the tranny mount bushing? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If they aren't too badly damaged, I'd image you can fill them with a fairly soft polyurethane.
