Nope, the Yellow and black ITR's came out in 2000... and 2001 was the last year they were made. 97 and 98 ITR's were Championship White.

Oh, There weren't any ITR's made for 1999.

 

99 ITR's were made in Canada.

LOL.. greg i told you 2000 itr were yellow and black.. not 97 u crack.. anyways.. I have a JDM 97 spec TYPE R tranny for sale.. $1,200 firm.. never been installed on us soil. (pulled it right off a front clip) thanks..
