Why the hell do you want CTR catback anyways?

that's what i'm wondering... there are quiet exhausts out there.

Keep your oem Si muffler and get a larger B-pipe made without a resonator. There have been several posts on this (search) and it was found to be a solid upgrade. The OEM muffler flows very well. Sounds good too once you get rid of the oem B-pipe.

No, not a lot. It does gets deeper and throater and sounds great throughout the RPM range. Sounds very sporty.
If you are looking for loud, get a different exhaust.

I have heard this also. I believe Yack did some dyno pulls and came to this same conclusion..

umm... i have custom piping running to the stock muffler... i have a resonator on it... and it's ok... it's loud enough for me... the gains are great... it pulls harder in higher rpm... deeper tone.... also it depends on what other mods you have... i also have an intake so it's a lil deeper and louder in higher rpm... it's not loud man.. it's quiet just like stock (just a bit louder)... but when you step on it.... it screams... so basically it's quiet but when you want it loud it's loud...
