I've got a 92 civic CX, and it looks like the drivers side front is sitting lower then the rest of the car. If you look at the passenger it looks like theres a bigger gap between the quarter-panel and the tire then on the passenger side then the quarter-panel and tire on the drivers side. I thought it might be the struts but I don't know how to tell if the one the side is bad. I took the wheel off and nothing looked physically broken. And I pushed down on both sides and they both felt the same :\

any ideas?

 

Ok, to be exact my two back tires are 4 inches away from the panels on both sides, on front my passenger side front my tire is 5 inches away from the quarter-panel and on the drivers side its 3.5 inches away from the quarter panel
