Hey guys i'm needing some help here. The sensor broke off this weekend from the terminals. Now I'm wanting to know if this sensor is sold seperately or do you have to buy the whole throttle body assembly?? Also what other throttle body's would fit on my D16Z6?? Thanks for the help guys.

 

Honda will not sell you just the TPS sensor.....just go online and find one for around 20 bucks. I actually just sold a D16Z6 TB with the TPS on it for 20 bucks.

 

Damn! Do you know anyone else selling one?? Or does anyone else?

 

just get one at a junk yard. man it will cost u nothing.

got one from the Junkyard about two weeks ago for $25. You have to the initial part of the throtle body just bring a 12MM socket and pliers for the coolant hose..then you're done!!!

 

man just gank one from the junkyard. no sense in paying for it! just go the pick-you-part places and walk out with it! oh man...you're in dallas.....so go to als atomic pick you part....they basically beg you to get free stuff haha

hmmm....i dunno exactly off hand. i know how to get there, but i don't know the street names...haha. the one i go to is down in the bruton bottoms....know where that's at? near pleasant grove?

 

I know where pleasant grove is, but not exactly where the salvage yard is located. Not to worry, I'm sure I'll find it. Thanks.
