i think its a bolt on u just have to get the header and cat and exhaust and it will bolt up there like it belongs there from what ive heard in the past, not sure thoe never personaly knew anyone that has it done

i would think the 5th gen exhaust might be longer.

is the pipe route the same between the two cars? if not it might cause the system to hang lower and scrape more often on a lowered car.

if you're comparing a 4th gen h23 exhaust to a 5th gen, the 5th would sit shorter due to a smaller (shorter) cat.
