h22a arp head bolt torque spec

i am reinstalling my arp head stud back into my h22a but forgot or lost the paper for the arp torque spec. does anyone knows how muchs lbs to torque it?

h23 an h22 should be the same.

Using moly lube it is a 3 step torque sequence

35,58,80ft lbs
