What the heck kind of headlights are these?????

They are aftermarket. YOu can get them at http://www.nopionline.com. They are ugly in my opinion though. I say stick to your stock ones or get CTR ones.

NO they are not covers. They are complete headlight similar to the projectors. They got shitty light output from what I have heard. They are paintable to match your car color so I guess that's the plus. A way to make your civic look like an Integra knock-off lmao.

Man that car is ugly as ****, a nice big tree would probably get some badly needed improvements to that front-end.

dude if you want them get them, if you dont then dont get them. Buy what you want and dont let these people stare you away from it.
Now for my comment, i would just get projector lights because there less pointy. If i got those i would shave them smooth.
