Default Is it worth it converting OBD0-OBD1 and swapin heads for turbo??

Well, I got a 94 LS with a 90-91 PR-4 head... Basically I got a B18b1 with a OBD0 PR4 old year head.... 94+ Didn't have PR4 rite??? Wondering is it worth it going through the hassle of swaping a OBD1 94+ head??? I would have to buy a new ECU, new head, new dizzy, and the obd0-obd1 conversion harness... U guys think its worth it to do all that???? Just to go with OBD1 or stick with my old setup which is OBD0???? Wondering are there any difference as in the flowing between the 90-91 LS head (PR4) vs 94+ LS head (P74/75)???? If so how much difference in power gains and torque???? I'm goin to turbo it... OBD1 would be much better for turbo????? I've searched already and didn't seem to answer my question.... Thanks for all the help.

Don't worry about the head. I would personally just upgrade the wiring to OBD1 so I could use the new Hondata software. I really don't think you will see a difference swapping LS heads...now a vtec one is another story.
