Attn slammed guys, lift ramps
Ok i take back what i said, i was thinking of seeing some JDM fog lights or something but this is actually something worth seeing.
I would have a mod change the title for you.
Either way for me, it doesnt look like they would raise my car high enough for me to work on it. It raisies it what, 2 inches?

Yeah but for $60 I'd rather drive up on a piece of wood and then slide a jack under there.

i would have spent that $60 somewhere else...
i use the trusty jack in the trunk to raise my car an inch or two and then whip out my 3 ton jack to do the rest of the work... does the job for me!

Did you you use a 2x4 and just tried running over it ? You actually have to modify the wood so its like a triangle. That way it wedges under the tire and lifts the car off the ground.

use the jack the comes with the car to raise it up a bit, then use the big jack.
sometimes i just drive a piece of wood, then raise my car up.
i'm sure anybody can find a 2" piece of wood for free.

I was just kidding about the 2x4 hassle. Actually I use the 2x4 method or just lift the car up near the fender and push the jack underneath by hand.

I use two jacks, the factory and a heavy duty one. I jack the car up with the on the front tow hook a bit first, then slide the heavy duty jack under the side, or the reverse for the front...
Why make fun of this guy. Its a funcional tool
and he gets made fun of for spending 60$.
The peice of wood works, and thats what I used,
then I got a fancy harbor freight "race" jack. I
love that thing. Its so much easier to jack up my
car. It takes so much less time and is a lot less
of a hassle. You would never think of rasing your
car up to be a hassle untill you try it with a low
profile jack.
Those ramps look nice, but you 60$ could have
been used on a low profile jack.
