how do i do a title change over, im buying a car this sunday from someone else in PA, but i dont know quite how its done..what does he have to do, sign it over to me? does a special place have to do it? this confuses me bc every time i got a car i always bought from a dealership...someone help me out please..

Contact your local DMV.

 

dmv's are closed on sundays though, and thats when im getin the car hmmmm

 

He'll have the physical title... he signs it and then you sign it... theres a spot for your signatures and addresses...

Then one of you mails it to the DMV
