I'm not 100% sure

It looks like an ABS plastic ITR style lip.

Nope they're pretty strong. Ive had mine for about 8 months and its been through hell but still hasnt cracked.

Not the same polymer or the same thickness. Don't think plastic forks, think stock fender linings and engine splash shields, only thicker.
